RAIN Magazine, Clatsop Community College's (CCC) literary publication, which I edit, is accepting submissions now through January 10, 2012 for its Spring 2012 edition.
Proud of its 40-year history publishing the art & literature of our talented coastal community, RAIN welcomes submissions from the general public as well as CCC students. There is no theme for the 2012 edition, but we do appreciate work that celebrates the unique landscape and lifestyle of the Columbia Pacific region. However, quality writing from any region is also appreciated! Please submit no more than 5000 words of prose, three poems, three digital photos, or three high quality digital reproductions of original artwork. Include name, address, phone number, e-mail and a brief bio with all entries. No SASE necessary; manuscripts will be recycled.
Online submissions are welcome and encouraged if submitted as a WORD or JPEG attachment (email to rainmagazine@clatsopcc.edu). Submissions, online or otherwise, without proper contact information may not be considered.
